For starters, the Polish airlines exceeded my expectations, especially with its services! Want to know more about Lot Polish Airlines? Even though the time duration of the flight was a little more than 2 hours, my experience of the flight was great! For me, the basic requirement of getting water or a type of beverage completely free is a huge plus point of any transportation brand. My first impression of Lot Polish Airlines was good. Other food items and beverage options were charged! Entertainment is also an important part of the service considering during flights, people often get bored. The Lot Polish Airlines has a good collection of shows and movies as inflight entertainment. I was quite happy to access the movies and shows through my phone! The airline operates flights across 100 destinations all across Europe, including North America, Asia, and Europe. The airline's fleet includes Embraer 195s, Bombardier Q400s, and Boeing 787, while the number of flights operating is 73. Lot Polish Airlines has frequent flier services with Miles and More along with being a member of the Star Alliance; hence the benefits are also shared with the Star Alliance member airlines. The Star Alliance was founded in 1997 and is considered one of the largest global airline alliances. The company's headquarters are in Frankfurt, Germany, with 27 members who serve almost 670 million passengers annually. Regular customers can access many benefits through lounge access, food, and other services. Classes Of Lot Polish Airlines There are three classes in Lot Airlines, allowing travelers to book tickets based on their budget and requirements. Services vary in each of these classes. However, the company has been diligent in its services to its customers. Economic There is an in-seat power socket, onboard entertainment system, and USB port with each guest's seat in economy class. If you book tickets for economy class, you can carry 23 kg of checked-in luggage while 10 kilograms for the carry-ons. Premium Economy If you are tight on your budget yet want to experience luxury, this is it for you! If you book tickets for premium economy class, you will be allowed 10 kg in your hand luggage, while for check-in luggage, you are allowed to carry 3 bags, each weighing 32 kg. Guests have semi-recliner seats along with a headrest and footrest, which is adjustable. You are getting a lot of business-class features at the price of economy. Business World-class services include fast baggage arrival with landing, priority check-in, and fast-track boarding when you book business class tickets with Lot Polish Airlines. Apart from these benefits, you already get an onboard entertainment system and a power socket with each seat. Food and beverage service is of standard quality. Expectant mothers are helped and guided through the boarding process. The ground staff at the Warsaw airport was so supportive as I saw one of them helping a disabled passenger in a wheelchair. They are efficient towards the special needs of the passengers, such as airport assistance, check-ins, queries about flights, and others. The refund and cancellation policy is well described, as mentioned through the online websites of Lot Polish Airline Sales Offices. Drawbacks Identified By Lot Polish Airlines You must pay a certain cancellation fee while canceling tickets on your own accord. There have been reports of the airlines canceling flights and postponing the exchange flights for almost a month which can be difficult for many passengers with an urgent purpose or a cause for travel. The security process takes a lot of time, literally at times worrying you that you might miss the flight. I have faced this issue with the scanner making all kinds of noises during the verification process at boarding. I have read in several Lot Polish Airlines reviews of passengers worldwide that they have missed a flight because of security. Security agents must be more knowledgeable during these situations, making it even worse. There have been complaints about the airline's ground staff in a review on AirlineRatings by Dennis, who is from Germany. Even though I didn't have much experience, I found them helpful and cordial. So, Lot airline reviews are not completely positive! Another review on AirlineRatings by Justice, who traveled in 2021, informed that the flight was canceled and no amount was refunded. Based on my experience, I would take a trip again on Lot Polish Airlines given an opportunity; however, some people are dissatisfied with the airline. Several Melbourne beaches are renowned for their beautiful visuals and numerous opportunities. I will list eight beaches where you can cool off and relax on your holiday. Gunnamatta On this beach, Gunnamatta, you can experience the full force of the Southern Ocean; hence, the ocean is harsh. However, with experienced surfers, this place can be a slice of heaven! You can also visit the Mornington Peninsula National Park near the beach. The beach is clearly dramatic, but thrill seekers will love the gigantic waves! Some food joints allow you to take consistent breaks based on your preferences. Dromana Beach With its clear turquoise waters, Dromana Beach is a perfect fit for places in Australia that will take your breath away. The best time to visit Australia is mostly during the summer months, and the swimming conditions at the beach are perfect here! If you are traveling from the train station, the closest beach to this is Gem Pier. This station offers some of the coolest unobscured views of the skyline. It is spectacular during the night, with teeming lights across Williamstown city! If you plan to visit during New Year's Eve, you can check out the beautiful fireworks across the town! Traveling from Sydney to this beach will take about 17 km (about 10.56 mi) by car. Mordialloc Beach The beach is not just a combination of water and sand but also a beautiful southeast suburb that offers resources and beauty. Alright, so—Phuket, the Thai Island. Man, where do I even start? I went in with zero expectations. Like, I thought it’d just be a beach-and-smoothie kind of trip.  You know, chill, maybe burn a little under the sun, hit up a night market or two, then call it a win. But wow, did this place surprise me! Seriously, you could spend a whole week there and still feel like you missed stuff. And I don’t mean just tourist traps—I mean real gems, the kind of places that make you stop and go, “Wait... how is this even real?”  But if I had to pick just three, the ones that still pop into my head while I’m spacing out on the subway or standing in line somewhere? It’s these. Trust me, you don’t wanna skip ‘em. Here’s the shortlist of the best things to see on Phuket Island, broken down with the same chaotic energy I had while stumbling across them. What Are The Best Things To See On Phuket Island?  From the natural beauty of Phang Nga Bay to the Big Buddha statue and the unique charm of the Old Phuket Town, the best things to see on Phuket Island are many.  Here goes my journal of what I saw and what I experienced.  Also, you can plan a stay in the best hotel in Patong Beach to make your holiday more enjoyable.  1. Phang Nga Bay Okay, so this one?  Total accident. I wasn’t even planning on going. I was half-asleep at breakfast, eavesdropping on some German backpackers at the hostel talking about this boat tour, and I kinda just nodded along and joined last-minute. Best decision I didn’t even really make. Next thing I know, I’m on this longtail boat, wind blasting my face, trying not to drop my phone overboard. And then—bam—these giant limestone cliffs just rise up out of the water like something straight out of a dream.  It’s wild. Like, you see photos online and assume they’ve been touched up or filtered or something. But nope. That emerald-green water? Totally real. And almost too perfect. Ended up in a kayak somehow. Not sure how that happened—someone handed me a paddle and I just went with it. And let me tell you, drifting through caves and into these hidden lagoons where it suddenly goes dead silent?  Genuinely eerie. In the best way. It was just me, water, and birds doing their thing. No Wi-Fi, no distractions. I didn’t even take a photo in that moment, which says a lot ‘cause I take photos of everything. I just kind of sat there, floating, trying to process how this was real life. Also, I overheard someone mention that those rock formations are millions of years old. Which, I guess, makes sense... but also doesn’t, because that kind of time is hard to wrap your brain around when you’re wearing flip-flops and sunscreen that’s already stopped working. Moral of the story: if someone mentions Phang Nga Bay, just go. Don’t overthink it. 2. Big Buddha Statue: One Of The Iconic Things To See On Phuket Island Alright, so this one is on every “Top 10 Phuket” list, and at first I kinda rolled my eyes like, “Okay yeah, giant Buddha, got it.”  But listen—it’s worth it. Especially if you like places that mess with your sense of scale and give you a weird kind of peace you weren’t expecting. You can spot the statue from, like, miles away. It’s perched way up on this hill and looks kinda unreal when the sun hits it just right.  Getting there involves a bit of a drive (note to self: don’t trust Google Maps when it says 15 minutes), and the road?  Twisty and wild. At one point, I had to dodge a monkey that was just hanging out in the middle of the road like it paid rent there. Once you're at the top though—wow. The breeze, the views, the statue itself... it all just sort of hits you at once.  There were people praying, people meditating, some guy just playing with his shoelaces like he was in his own little world.  I ended up sitting on this shaded bench, not really thinking, just existing. It’s hard to explain, but everything felt... still like time slowed down a little. Even if you’re not spiritual or religious or whatever, there’s something about that spot that feels special. It’s quiet, but not in a lonely way. Just peaceful. Solid recommendation. 3. Phuket Town So, confession time: I almost skipped this entirely. “The Old Town of Phuket”? Sounded kinda boring, honestly. But someone at dinner said the food there was fire, and I was like, “Alright, I’ll go for the noodles.” Ended up staying all day. This part of the island has its own vibe. Totally different from the beachy postcard stuff. It’s loud, colorful, and full of character.  Buildings in faded yellows, pinks, blues—all with peeling paint and crooked shutters that somehow make it even better. It’s got this lived-in charm. Like nothing’s trying too hard, and that makes it cool. I wandered aimlessly for hours. Got lost, found a little bookstore with more cats than books, and accidentally bought a t-shirt I’ll probably never wear.  I ate noodles that made me do the involuntary “eyes wide, nod slowly” thing because they were just that good. Oh—and there was this old guy selling postcards with weird hand-drawn cartoons. I bought five. It’s not glamorous. It’s not curated. But it’s real. And for me, that’s what made it so good. Things To See In Phuket Island: Where Nature And Grandeur Meet So yeah, those three places? Absolute standouts. Not secret spots by any means—plenty of people go. But they’re memorable in that “I can’t believe this is real” kind of way. Nature that humbles you. A statue that quiets your brain. A town that feels like someone’s messy scrapbook of life. And hey, pack light but bring snacks. I got way too hungry way too fast and regretted not having anything on hand but gum. Anyway, that’s it. If you end up in Phuket, don’t miss these. Or do. But you’d be missing out.
