Mostly known for its Frozen River Trek, uniquely named Chadar Trek, Ladakh opens up its most exotic travel treasure trove only in the winter ( January!). The weather and the landscape of Ladakh Zanskar make it inevitable to list the best places to travel in January. You have numerous trekking destinations in Ladakh. Places To Visit: You can visit the Lingshed Monastery, Sani Monastery, and Stongdey Monastery. The Pensi La Pass separates the Zanskar Valley from Suru Valley; it is a must-visit location in Ladakh.
