Went for the buffet, and the food was so delicious! So many options for vegetarians. The service was great too! Our kids finished eating before us, so our waiter named, Willie came over and entertained them with some brain teasers! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.

The food is delicious, and so is the interior of the place. Unfortunately, according to a report on Yelper, the place has shut down. Instead, you can visit the Tabla Indian Restaurant Lake Nona, which serves Thai, Indo-Chinese, and authentic Indian cuisine.

The vibe of the restaurant is very similar to that of the Tamarind, as the atmosphere is quite tasteful and refined, giving the restaurant a classy feel. There is also an option for outdoor seating and also allows private events.

Portion sizes are large, the food is fantastic. I live the level of flavor and spice in the vindaloo sauce. The garlic naan is fantastic as well. I definitely wouldn’t skip out on trying the trio of sauces they bring out to start the meal. Service was quick and efficient.

BY  Abdul Aziz Jan 13, 2021

Do you know what are some things you should look out for to ensure that your travel is safe and smooth? Have you tried looking at some of the manuals and suggestions being laid out by governments when it comes to international travel? The Coronavirus pandemic shows no signs of slowing down or stopping. The past month saw the discovery of a new, more dangerous mutation of the Coronavirus in Britain. The same has now been seen in multiple countries all over the world. making traveling to foreign countries a pain-stricken affair.   Does it look like a snippet from the new stories scaring us during the Covid-19 days? It’s great that we are past that devastating phase. However, with bioterrorism being a major concern in the world, it’s good to remain informed about how we traveled in those days.   Safety precautions always help to avoid the spread of infection and its consequences. List of 7 Things to Check when traveling during the Pandemic Make a note of the things to check if you are traveling during the pandemic.   1. International Flight Status Whether you are flying domestic or international, flight timings, routes and other details are something, which you should be aware of. During the pandemic, the international flight status keeps changing because of multiple reasons. Flights are getting rescheduled, canceled, or postponed left, right and center. You do not want to be stranded in the airport of some foreign country as you had failed to check on the flight status before you left for the airport. This will hold you in good stead during the travel. 2. Quarantine Rules Like flights, quarantine rules keep changing at a moment’s notice in many countries and their cities. If you are flying in from countries that are classified as high-risk by the local government, you would need to spend a stipulated period of time in quarantine. The same can be anywhere from seven to fourteen days. It can also be mandated that you spend the days at a government institutional quarantine center and not at a hotel of your choice. Finding out about the rules can help in clearing confusion and planning your trip better. 3. COVID-19 Negative Test Results Most countries have set aside rules for international travelers who are flying in. They need to carry COVID-19 Negative Test Results, which should be done no less than 24-48 hours. If your test results are from an earlier period, you will not be allowed to board the flight. There are many diagnostic centers and labs affiliated by airlines that offer quick one-day results for RT-PCR Tests for COVID-19. This is slightly expensive when you compare the same with normal test results. However, you need to get them before boarding a plane and landing. 4. Safety Protocols at the Hotel or place of stay Individual institutions too have their own safety protocols in place for travelers coming from outside. In most cases, travelers who are coming from other countries would need to disclose the same. This would be followed by a separate area being earmarked for them. Most hotels have done away with Room Service and other normal procedures. In fact, the room fridge, might also not have the snacks you need. Timings for using the restaurant and meals would also be done in a staggered fashion to practice social distancing. 5. New COVID-19 Rules Imposed by the City Most cities around the world have created their own rules and regulations regarding inter-city and intra-city travel. Some cities have placed curfew timings for nights and weekends. Other cities have placed lockdowns on specific zones within the city where cases are rising. This is why you should be careful of where you are traveling to and the local rules and regulations in the same. However, one more thing, which should be pointed out is that rules and laws regarding mobility change instantly, leaving you with little or no time to adjust. 6. Carrying Protective Gear and SOS Medicines We all know how the pandemic has necessitated the use of face masks, shields, gloves, sanitizers, and other protective equipment. When you are traveling, you should ensure that you are carrying substantial amounts of the same with you. Ideally, you do not want to purchase the same in some foreign country. You also need to ensure that you are abiding by all the safety protocols of the place and the pandemic. You can get fined heavily for not following the safety protocols in major countries and cities in the world. 7. Keeping others Informed about your Travel Plans If you have been paying attention to the article, you would have noticed how we have stressed the fact that quarantine, local movement, and other rules can change in an instant. This is why travel experts suggest that you should always keep others informed about your travel plans. You might not have cell phone coverage or access to the internet to send a message back home. International travel has become clouded by diplomatic interference given the testing times we are living under. Keeping others in the loop might just come in handy when you are experiencing a problem abroad and are not being able to communicate the same. The Final Word Even though we know that international travel is not the safest and wisest thing to do, there might be multiple pressing concerns forcing us to do the same. For some, it would be about going back home to their families. For others, it can be about employment and income opportunities. For a third set, it can be because of medical reasons. No matter that the reason you have to undertake international travel, it is best that you keep the above seven points in your head. They will ensure that your international travel is as stress-free and easy as possible. If you have any other points you would like to add to the article, mention them in the comments section below. Also, once again, it is great to get over those nightmares, but we must not be casual about maintaining personal and public hygiene. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations from local residents or your hotel staff. Remember, part of the adventure is discovering hidden gems that aren't always in the guidebooks. Street Food Adventures Street food is the heart and soul of many cuisines around the world. It's where you'll find the most authentic, traditional, and often innovative dishes. From the bustling markets in Asia to the colorful food trucks in the Americas, street food provides an unfiltered experience of a country's culinary essence. However, it's important to eat street food safely.  Always choose stalls where the food is prepared fresh in front of you, and the turnover of customers is high – it's a good sign of freshness and quality. Also, follow the locals — they know where the best and safest food can be found. Food Markets Food markets are vibrant hubs of activity and the epicenter of local cuisine. Food Tours and Cooking Classes Participating in organized food tours and cooking classes is a fantastic way to delve deeper into a region's culinary traditions. These activities provide not only culinary delights but also insights into the local way of life. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies Traveling with dietary restrictions or food allergies can be challenging, but with a bit of planning, it's entirely manageable. Research the local cuisine beforehand to identify dishes that meet your dietary needs. Learning key phrases in the local language to communicate your dietary restrictions can be incredibly helpful.  Additionally, consider carrying allergy cards written in the local language to convey your dietary needs clearly. Many restaurants are now accustomed to handling special dietary requests, so don't hesitate to communicate your needs. Pairing Food with Local Beverages A great meal becomes exceptional when paired with the right beverage. When traveling, seize the opportunity to taste local drinks that complement the cuisine. In wine-producing regions, visiting a vineyard can offer insights into pairing local wines with regional dishes. In places known for their breweries, a craft beer might be the perfect match for a hearty meal.  Non-alcoholic options, such as traditional teas or coffees, also play a significant role in some cultures. The key is to ask locals or your server for recommendations, as they can guide you to pairings that elevate your dining experience. Documenting Your Culinary Journey Documenting your food adventures enriches the experience and lets you share it with others. Start a travel food blog or use social media to post your culinary discoveries. When photographing food, try to capture the essence of the dish and the atmosphere of the place. Sharing stories behind the dishes can make your content more engaging. This not only creates a personal memento of your journey but can also guide other food enthusiasts in their travels. Sustainable and Ethical Eating As a foodie traveler, it's important to consider the impact of your dining choices. Opt for restaurants that source ingredients locally and practice sustainable methods. This supports the local economy and reduces the environmental impact. Additionally, being mindful of food waste and respecting local customs and cuisines are crucial aspects of ethical eating. In some cultures, certain foods may be considered delicacies, and trying them can be a way of honoring local traditions while also being conscious of ethical considerations. Budget-Friendly Foodie Travel Enjoying a world of flavors doesn't have to break the bank. Look for local eateries off the beaten path, as they often offer delicious food at lower prices than tourist hotspots. Street food is another affordable option that provides authentic taste experiences. Planning your meals and setting a daily budget can also help manage expenses. Remember, some of the best food experiences come from simple, humble places. Conclusion Exploring the world through taste is not just about indulging in different cuisines; it's about connecting with diverse cultures and traditions. Each dish tells a story, and each flavor opens a new window to understanding a place and its people. As you embark on your culinary journeys, remember to embrace local traditions, respect sustainable practices, and cherish the memories you create. So, pack your appetite and let your taste buds lead the way to unforgettable experiences. What Is Crystal Boba? How Does It Taste Like?

BY  Shahnawaz Nov 24, 2022

Bubble tea stores both in the UK and the US are trendy nowadays. Be it a creative drink or crystal boba tea; fans are ready to try out different flavors and tastes every day. They are always trying to find different recipes to try out.  Every new recipe is like a new experience. However, they are not the same as tapioca pearls. On top of that, this delicious boba topping is very easy and simple to make at home. You can go and try them out at some Boba tea shop. Or you can make them at home and enjoy yourself. This article will help you explore these extraordinary pearls and help you make them at home. So, if you are looking for something like that, then this article might help. What Is Crystal Boba? Image Source: www.google.com If you have ever had bubble tea, you should be able to understand what the boba crystals stand for. Different types of bubble tea pearls are used to add texture and volume to the tea. However, the boba crystal is known for its translucent look and chewy texture that feels like gelatine. These crystals are ready to be eaten. They are usually presweetened. These crystals are used in their original flavors and in sugar flavors. They also taste great in milk and in flavored or iced teas. But what is crystal boba made from? They are made from an edible plant called the konjac plant. Although this unique type of food has very little taste, they are great in terms of nutritional benefits. They are also an important element in Asian medicine. In terms of their look, it is completely opposite to regular black boba. What Does Crystal Boba Taste Like?  Coming to another important query about this tempting food– what does boba taste like?  Well, they are from the Konjac plant, so they have a mild sweet taste and a citrus flavor. Another funny thing about translucent boba is that it may keep its taste and flavor when put in tea or storage. Regular boba does not have the taste as crystal ones. They are slightly sweet because they are made from brown sugar and caramel syrup. But, when added to the tea or anything else, the pearls lose their taste and lose their taste.  Crystal Boba Vs. Regular Boba: What Is different? Image Source: static.wixstatic.com Both crystal and regular boba have one thing in common. They are both derived from a specific root starch. Regular boba is made from the tapioca root starch which explains the chewy texture you feel when eating them with the tea. On the other hand, crystal boba is made from the konjac plant. You can also pair them with milk tea. So another similarity between them is that they are paired with milk tea.  Tapioca starch is the common topping for bubble tea in the United States and the United Kingdom. Instead, the konjac plant is used to make pearls of white color, which are the crystal boba.  Custard pearls have a nonpartisan taste and are chewy and supple on the surface. In comparison to traditional tapioca pearls, the ones used in boba drinks are typically smaller and slightly softer. Crystal boba, on the other hand, is extremely jelly-like and soft. The plant used to make them also gives them a subtle citrus flavor. When white pearls are stored or added to a drink, they keep their flavor. Tapioca pearls, on the other hand, firm up and begin to flavor the other ingredients. This can be something positive or negative, contingent upon what you as the cook planned to occur! Here are some of the major differences that you need to keep in mind: You must soak the tapioca boba in a sweet mixture or boil them to use them. But you don't need to cook the crystal boba. Regular boba has a softer and chewier texture compared to crystal boba. The tapioca boba has uniformly shaped spheres. On the other hand, the crystal boba looks more like jelly beans. Popping Boba Vs Crystal Boba: The Difference Image Source: www.google.com It looks like different types of boba are different in their taste, shape, and appearance. Popping or bursting boba is quite similar to crystal boba. They also don't need to be cooked before consumption. Those are pearls filled with juice and a thin outer layer is present. The popping boba comes in different flavors, for example, kiwi, mango, and more. All you need to do is to soak them in syrup. But what are the differences? Popping boba is filled with juice and can burst open with a little force. On the other hand, the crystal boba is chewy. Popping Boba comes in different colors and flavors and is more vibrant in color. Crystal boba doesn't have any color and is transparent. Crystal boba is enjoyed with milk teas or ice teas. On the other hand, the popping boba can be enjoyed with slushies or ice teas. Read More: Have You Tasted Starbucks Boba? Does Starbucks Have Boba? How To Make Homemade Crystal Boba?
