Is Trip.Com Legit? Is It Reliable? – Reviewed In 2022

BY  Nabamita Dec 8, 2022

If you are a frequent traveler, you know it can take tedious time to plan and organize travel arrangements and plane tickets. It helps if you have a reliable travel agency to do everything for you, so it becomes easier.  But I am sure you have seen that not all travel agencies are reliable or legit, so how will you know the difference without losing money? It would help if you read a thorough review of any travel agency, that's how.  So today, we are going to talk about whether it is Trip.com legit travel agency or not. Trip.com has been around for a while and still has questionable customer service and inappropriate customer reviews. So is trip.com legit? Or are we just wasting our time and money on it?  About Trip.Com Trip.com is a Singapore-based one-stop travel company listed by NASDAQ since 2003. It has over 400 million members and about 45,100 employees working in the company.  Trip.com is affiliated with about 1.4 million hotels and operates in approximately 200 countries and other regions. The company was established back in 1999. By now, they have over 2 million routes that connect over 5000 cities all over the world.  The company has a massive network and well-connected 24/7 customer service in more than 20 languages.  Recently, Trip.com, at the global partner summit, invited other travel agencies and industries to come to join them and build a future together. With the football World Cup happening in Qatar, Trip.com is taking advantage of stepping into the booming market as Qatar is becoming a travel hotspot.  Why Is Trip.Com So Cheap? While booking your tickets, you would prefer somewhere you get the best deals. Although there are several places where you can save your money while traveling, getting the best deals on plane tickets, hotels, and other travel expenses is a good thing.  And that is one of the great things about Trip.com, as they give the best deals on flights and hotels, making them a popular choice for most travelers. But how do they offer such low prices than other companies? Ever thought of that?  Since Trip.com sells to their customers directly, they can avoid other high costs from other agencies.  And another thing that Trip.com does is they give back a part of the commission taken from the hotels and all the airlines to the customers, as low fare costs. So this is how Trip.com stays ahead of its competition.  Is Trip.Com Legit? If the company's legitimacy is in question, then there is no doubt that Trip.com is a legitimate company operating worldwide. Furthermore, it's been twenty years since the company has been operable, so you can rest assured that they are here to stay and will not disappear one day.  The services offered by Trip.com through their website are safe to use, and you can easily access flights and hotels from the website if you want.  And regarding website safety issues, it is safe and secured using SSL encryption to ensure all your data privacy, like financial and personal information.  Read More: Top Trips For Travelling With A Big Group Of People Is Trip.Com Reliable? Relying on a certain travel company can be tough as hundreds of travel companies give great deals. So now the question is the trip com reliable? The easy answer is yes. The Trip.com Group is a huge multinational Chinese company that is one of the world's leading travel service providers. In addition, the company owns other travel companies, such as CTrip and Skyscanner.  Trip.Com: Customer Reviews A company that has been around for more than twenty years is sure to have a good reputation and reliability as a travel company. But the real reviews come from the customers who have already used the services of Trip.com.  So here are a few original customer reviews of Trip.com.  1. This is probably one of the worst companies I've been in contact with. I can't tell for sure whether it's unprofessional staff or deliberate sabotage, but I have not been able to rebook my flight for over 3 months already. I've been writing emails and calling literally every day, and the problem is not solved till now. Maybe this review will help save someone's nerves and, more importantly, money as it didn't save mine. Martin G. 2. If something goes wrong with your ticket they are not willing to help at all. My flight was canceled. They offered another flight, but without checking that the flight they gave to me was also canceled. When I found out from the airline and called them for help, they asked me to deal with the airline directly. I asked for a refund, but no answer from them. They don't care about customers at all. Julian R. 3. I booked a trip on Trip.com several days ago. When I went to review my flight details in the email confirmation, I realized that the outbound flight was not what I thought I had booked. Fortunately, I added a Cancellation Guarantee Package which was inexpensive. When I contacted customer service about the error, they responded quickly and explained everything in detail and clearly. They are processing a refund, and I can rebook the flight. I used Trip.com for a flight in June and was very satisfied. Great prices, great service. Will use them again for future travel. Alysa D.  Even though most of the reviews left by the customers are bad and negative, it is important to note that the company's customer service department replied. They tried to respond to almost 94% of the bad reviews and tried to solve their problems.  Not only the bad reviews. Trip.com even replied to the good reviews as well, showing their gratitude. So unlike most travel companies who ignore the negative reviews given by customers, Trip.com not only responds but tries to help them as well.  Read More: Do You Know How To Buy Cheap Air Tickets? Rather it is important to know how the company deals with all those bead reviews and tries to improve itself.  So if you think Trip.com legit is worth taking a chance on, comment below on how you feel. Is Skyscanner Legit? Know Your Answer Here!

BY  sagnika Jul 21, 2023

Frequent travelers need to know the trends and offers on flights, hotels, and transportation. You can get cheap bookings on Skyscanner, making it an important site. So is Skyscanner legit? Please read the article to know how to use it and why it is legit. Skyscanner is a travel company that has been owned by Trip.com since 2016, yet they function independently. You can make bookings once you visit their official website, www.skyscanner.co.in, for flights, hotels, and car rentals. There are diverse search engine tools for different categories. As a frequent traveler, my goal has always been to save money and enjoy my trips. To do so, I have used Skyscanner to realize that it is an inspiration to travel to new places and utilizes deals and discounts while searching for flights or hotels. Is Skyscanner Legit? Know Your Answer Here! The deals on the travel website are quite affordable but do not expect luxury out of the deals. The deals on Skyscanner are legit and safe to use. Skyscanner is one of the best tools to find travel deals, so is Skyscanner reliable? It is! The company was founded in the year 2003 and currently has 800 employees working in it. The company has created a brand name and operates worldwide in over 30 languages. Along with its services, the brand has collaborated with other brands and services to generate travel deals and discounts. The company has won multiple travel app awards and garners over 100 million users monthly. Skyscanner maintains all relevant regulations and policies as they operate legitimately. What Is Skyscanner? Skyscanner is a comparison website where you cannot make bookings directly. Instead, you will be taken to the travel provider or hotel website to book your travel. Now you will be asking, why is it one of the best? When evaluating the legitimacy of Skyscanner, it is great because it provides you with information related to the best airlines, travel agents, hotels, and car rentals based on the search parameters of the travelers. The website works with reputed travel companies that create reliable and secure travel deals for users. It is the way they work to maintain their reputation that shows their dedication to their customers. All deals and offers on the website are legit, honest, and reliable. Are you looking for the cheapest offers on the website? The Skyscanner cheapest month has been revealed as June as the company informs that this is when you have the most reasonable offers and deals. Benefits One of the biggest benefits you experience when looking for deals on Skyscanner is getting offers on flights, hotels, and car rentals. You can manage your complete trip with this website by booking the deals. Yet, is Skyscanner legit for hotels? It is. It is one of the few websites that allows you to choose "Everywhere" to check out destinations and, accordingly, book available flights based on your budget and specific date and locations. The services provided by Skyscanner are free and genuine; hence, you can easily use them to plan your trip and make your bookings. It is one of the most convenient websites to plan your trip. The local travel and global travel agents need to improve when it comes to Skyscanner, especially if you compare the fares across online travel services. The company has collaborated with well-known and established travel agencies creating some of the best deals and services. Shortcomings One of the biggest issues is that you need to have a valid business that Skyscanner will accept. They check the company's validity and whether it can generate business and bring in new users. Another negative aspect is that you cannot save the old booking pricing. Hence, it will keep changing every minute. It is a flex-fare search; hence, it keeps increasing with each search result. I have also noticed that there are limits. So, for example, even though they promote themselves as free when you make calls for booking or select a certain package, there are a specific number of trials that you can have. Reviews On Skyscanner According to the 953K reviews on Google Play about Skyscanner, the application's rating is 4.7 out of 5, with people really satisfied with the services. Apart from the significant features available on the website when making bookings, you will also be receiving substantial information to navigate your travel. Another review read that this website is one of the best to find destinations. There have been some issues with the updated version as many travelers need help finding some old features, yet the available deals and discounts are too good to be true. Alternatives For Skyscanner You can use certain alternatives if you need access to Skyscanner, which provides services quite similar to Skyscanner. Different options exist for booking your flights, hotels, and car rentals. It is effortless to use these sites, and you can benefit from them. Momondo is one such skyscanner alternative as a travel fare aggregator which you can use to find deals and offers related to travel. Initially, it is another option to search for flights and hotels. However, it is more efficient than other sites. You can also use it as a comparison site. Google Flights is another alternative that can be used in place of Sky-scanner, one of the best services. When comparing Skyscanner vs Google Flights, the service Google Flights is one of the simplest websites where you do not need to make any payment or sign-up. Kayak is another search engine where you can use the internet to find all personalized destinations and travel plans. The metasearch engine recommends the easiest settings and acts as a Skyscanner alternative. Conclusion  I have always been a huge fan of Skyscanner because it was my way of checking out cheap deals and offers even when I did not have a high budget. What can be more exciting for a young girl with dreams in her eyes and an unexplored world at her feet? If you also want to travel under an affordable budget, please read the article and learn how to use Skyscanner to get offers and discounts efficiently. To answer your question, is skyscanner legit? Yes it is. So, where are you travelling next? Comment down below about how excited you are! Give Skyscanner a try to book your flight tickets and hotel bookings. A Guide To Traverse City Beach – 10 Best Beaches To Explore

BY  Barsha Jan 17, 2023

Planning to check out the Traverse City beach sometime soon? But what beach will you go to - there are so many beautiful beaches in this area of the United States that you will be left spoilt for choice - we know we were! So, the next time you are planning a trip to the beach, don’t forget about Traverse City. Keep reading to find out! A Guide To Traverse City Beach - 10 Best Beaches To Explore! There are so many beautiful hotels that you will b spoilt for choice - so choosing the location based on the popular hotels of the area would be a wrong choice. Instead, how about finding out which is the prettiest beach first before you can book your hotels? But here’s a list of hotels to help you out anyway! Bayshore Resort, The Baywatch Resort, Grand Beach Resort Hotel, Delamar Traverse City, Parkshore Resort, Cherry Tree Inn & Suites, Sugar Beach Resort Hotel, Pinestead Reef Resort, The Beach Haus Resort, and Pointes North Beachfront Resort Hotel. Once you are done going through the hotels, scroll down to read about the prettiest beaches in Traverse City. 1. West End Beach: West End Beach is perhaps our favorite Traverse City beach - it was so pretty and, more importantly, not crowded. Perfect for your next weekend getaway, you can’t miss out on this pretty little beach. Review By Kasey Chappel: “Beautiful serene views, relaxing by the bay is bar none! Watching the sailboats listening to the birds, and staring at the water is very relaxing! I recommend anybody stop by, hang up a hammock and chill out for a while ?” 2. Clinch Park: There are several beaches in Traverse City but none like the beautiful beaches in Clinch Park. Not just the internet but our personal experience tells us that these beaches are hand down the prettiest! Review By Desi Carpenter: Chilled little water pad & "obstacle" course for the kids. The beach area is usually (always) clean, with friendly people and amazing views right on the pier. Great area to park and be able to access downtown or walk behind the buildings on the boardwalk. 3. Haserot Beach: Honestly, Haserot Beach is a gem - one of the prettiest hidden gems that we came across on our trip to the different beaches in and around Traverse City. Plus, this beach is free from rocks and comes with a nice picnic area, vault toilet, and playground. Review By Sebastian Cowgill: Great swimming spot with a nice scenic drive on the way in. On the day we went there were only two other groups so it was nice and private. It was the only beach we went to in the area that wasn’t crowded. There’s also a great boat launch right there so you can drop in easily. 4. Traverse City State Park Beach: Another Traverse City beach we really loved was the Traverse City State Park Beach. It’s so family-friendly and perfect for anyone planning to travel to the beach with children. Review By Doug Smith: This is a fairly long beach that runs West of the entrance and all the way to the Pinestead Reef timeshare resort. It used to be a deep beach but the water levels are up (can't fault the park). Picnic tables and benches are well maintained (many beaches lack these). Long grassy area (another plus that many lack). Pedestrian bridge from the state campground on another side of the highway. 5. East Bay Park: It’s highly possible that you might not be a fan of those big city beaches that are always crowded and even the water’s so deep. In that case, the beaches in East Bay Park are perfect for you - it’s relatively less crowded and the water’s pretty shallow. Review By Citallwic: I’ve visited a number of the parks and trails in the East Bay Regional Park District over the years, most recently enjoying May afternoon walks on the Contra Costa Canal Trail and the new George Miller Trail. Briones Regional Park remains my favorite component of the district system, and I especially like to be there when the raptor migration is in full swing. I am SO grateful for all the hard work and cooperative efforts that have made the East Bay Regional Park District one of the finest park/trail systems in America. 6. Bryant Park: Amongst the different Traverse City beaches, the ones in Bryant Park are perhaps the most popular amongst the local residents. So, if you want a local beach flavor then heading over to Bryant Park is a great idea. Review By Lucky M: This beach is lovely. The parking lot is really small, which can be a problem, but it also limits the crowds. There is lots of room on the expanse of nice, clean sand to spread out. The water is mostly pretty shallow, so it's great for the kids to play safely, and there's also a great playground. There is a nice bathhouse with flush toilets and sinks. For visitors with disabilities, there is a special path all the way down the beach that a wheelchair can easily navigate, and a special bench to accommodate them. In fact, the path is so nice that everyone was using it to walk on! The city has really done a beautiful job with this beach. 7. M.C. Beach: Another one of our favorite Traverse City beach is located at M.C. Beach! It’s beautiful, and the beach has cute tables - up for a gateway with your girl gang? Then this one’s surely your best shot! Review By B9008UBmichaelm: We have known the Marbella Club for many years, but due to circumstances this is the first time we have been back for a few weeks in 3 years. The significant and noticeable development always invites us to spend the days and evenings there. Especially for lunch the last few days at MC Beach - to enjoy the warm welcome by Federica, the cool service and the delicious recommendations by Benjamin, Borja or Tani (in no particular order) cannot be surpassed in terms of professional nonchalance. The entire team does a terrific job and it is a great pleasure to be there. Bravo and chapeau! We are already looking forward to lunch today. 8. Taylor Park Long Lake Township: You don’t need to search with terms like ‘beach traverse city Michigan’ - if you are looking for a beach that’s local and small, then definitely head over to the beaches at Taylor Park Long Lake Township! Review By Mitchman1964: I am a local Realtor residing in Long Lake Township who spends a great deal of time recreating on Long Lake with friends and family. I've sold many lakefront homes on this gorgeous inland lake located just 10-15 min. West of Traverse City. The roughly 3,000 acre all-sports lake is popular for swimming and boating with its 5 islands, nesting bald eagles and loons, deer and other wildlife. It's crystal clear waters, sandy bottom and relatively shallow depth make for a user friendly experience for families and fishing. There are two public boat launch access points, one at he North end of the lake just West of the Village and the other on the West side of Long Lake off of Crescent Shores. This is one of the most desirable inland lakes and bodies of water in all of the Grand Traverse Region. For more info, I can be reached at (231) 645-2323 and I'm happy to assist you in your vacation plans or finding the lakefront property of your dreams! Read More: Discovering The 11 Most Beautiful Places Of Adventure In The World 9. Sunset Park: While people will recommend the sugar beach traverse city area, it will be so much better to just head over to Sunset Park - it’s pretty and perfect, plus you get to see one of the most beautiful sunsets. Review By Susan Page: Very nice, quiet park. It's very clean. There are swings and another piece of playground equipment. Close to the water and far enough from the road. It's fairly quiet and has benches and picnic tables. Can enjoy a terrific sunset. Parking is plentiful. Enjoy this park. 10. Suttons Bay Beach: If you find Suttons Bay gorgeous, then there’s no point in not visiting Suttons Bay Beach! It’s beautiful - again, people might recommend the grand beach resort traverse city, but it’s better to just hit the area around Suttons Bay for the perfect beach weekend getaway. Review By Mike Gardner: Nice little beach right behind the downtown area. Not far from restaurants and shops. For your convenience, you will find two private unisex restrooms to use to change and clean up in private. This is a family-friendly beach with a nice playground for the kid as well.
