With the beautiful Spanish culture spread across Manila, there are a lot of places to visit. Let me share with you several elements that will help you explore the place, both the old and the new.   I think Manila is one of the best places to visit in February especially because the weather is dry and pleasant. The nightlife is good here, but I am more of a museum and art scene girlie.
