The bankruptcy resulted from the airline's inability to adapt to the changing trends of the low-cost carriers that ruled the 21st century. Rising oil prices and a slowing economy hurt the carrier's position. In this article, I will discuss some passengers' positive experiences with Northwest Airlines, given its long history.
