Visiting Paris at least once is on everyone’s travel bucket list. I’ve been to Paris a couple of times and trust me, even a week would not be enough to explore the whole city, let alone two days.  But not to worry! There are several creative ways to explore a place in less time, like the Paris Hop on Hop off buses that take you around the city and all its major attractions in a short amount of time.  The city has endless museums, monuments, stores, etc., and it’s nearly impossible to tour all of them in 2 days.  But I have an efficient Paris travel itinerary for you, where you can cover every significant landmark and popular restaurant in just two days!  Paris Trip Itinerary Day 1  Supposing you’ve arrived a night before and have two whole days on your hands, let’s start with the first and the most popular attraction — the Eiffel Tower after you’ve had your breakfast.  Eiffel Tower This is the place you HAVE to visit with Hop on Hop off Bus even if you’re in Paris for a couple of hours. Although it might get crowded as it is on weekends, trust me, it’s all worth it! The tickets are available online. You can also book tickets from the counter at the tower's base.  Timings Morning, 9:00 till midnight, from the middle of June till early September.  Morning 9:30 till Evening, 11:00, throughout the remaining months of the year (During Easter weekend and Spring, the closing time is extended another hour) Ticket Price Second floor (Ticket with access lift): Adult - €22.60; youth rate (aged 12-24) — €11.30; Kids (aged 4-11) — €5.70; Disabled - €5.70 The Top (Ticket with lift access: Adult - €35.30; youth rate (aged 12-24) — €17.70; Kids (aged 4-11) — €8.90; Disabled - €5.70 Second floor (Ticket with access to stairs): Adult - €14.20; youth rate (aged 12-24) — €7.10; Kids (aged 4-11) — €3.60; Disabled — €3.60 Ticket with access stairs 2nd-floor +lift: Adult - €26.90; youth rate (aged 12-24) — €13.50; Kids (aged 4-11) — €6.80; Disabled — €6.80. The top, ticket to the top via the elevator with a glass of champagne: Adult - €58.30 Second-floor ticket to the second floor via the elevator with a glass of champagne: Adult - €43.60 Second-floor ticket to the second floor via the stairs with a glass of champagne: Adult - €35.20 Les Invalides After your morning overlooking the city from the top, you can head to Les Invalides, just 20 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. Witness Napoleon’s tombstone in the church. Also right opposite the church is Musée Rodin, a must-visit! Timings of Les Invalides Opens at 10 am each day. You can enter till 6 pm Every month, the gates open late on the first Friday. Timings remain 6 pm till 10 pm Stays closed on January 1st, May 1st and December 25th  Timings of Musée Rodin Open every day except monday. Gates open at 10 a.m. and close by 6.30 pm. The last entry is at 5.45 pm. Closed on January 1, May 1 and December 25 Gift store is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. Ticket prices of Les Invalides Museum and exhibitions: full price: €15; discounted price: €12; late-night opening: €10; youth (aged 18-25): €5 Guided tours to museums and exhibitions: total price: €20; discounted price: €15; group (min 20 pax): €17.  Invalides Musical Season Concerts: Saint-Louis Cathedral Concert - Cat.1 - €35, Cat.2 - €15 (8 pm); Turenne Room Concert:12.15pm) - €10, (8 pm) - €30  Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe Further following the itinerary, you’ll get to Champs-Élysées and from there to Arc de Triomphe. You can explore this beautiful place and shop from one of the most famous French boutiques.  Give your trip a little halt and have a coffee and snack at the café nearby, savoring the beauty of Paris.  Timings  Open from April 1st upto September 30th. Every week, you can visit From Wednesday to Monday — from 10 am to 11 pm and Tuesday from 11 am to 11 pm.  Opens October 1st. Visits continue till March 31. Visitors are allowed From Wednesday upto Monday - 10 am and 10:30 pm; Tuesdays - 11am to 10:30pm Closed on: On two days, gates close within 4 pm. The dates are 24 and 31 December 2024. The days of the year when the place is closed are January 1st, May 1st, May 8 (morning), July 14 (morning), November 11 (morning), and December 25. Ticket Price Single price: €16  Grand Voyageur, at €13 only, for members who have subscription cards Dinner: When you have just 2 days in Paris, make sure you make the most out of the culinary delights. Chez Janou is one of my favorite local restaurants. Have rib steak, tagliatelle with snails, and braised duck breast. Paris Trip Itinerary Day 2 Leave the second day mainly for the museums and artistic tours, which is a must whenever you’re in France. But before all that let's start with an amazing French breakfast.  Breakfast: Head to one of the most famous bakeries in Paris — Boulangerie Mamiche. You can find everything here from doughnuts to cookies to baguettes and much more! Do try their babka, made of rich brioche dough braided with chocolate.  Louvre Museum The Louvre Museum is the largest-ever private collection of ancient Roman sculptures assembled throughout the 19th century and marks my words this collection will blow your mind! Timings  Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening On Wednesday and Friday, gates open at 9 am and close by 9 pm Tuesday: Closed  Ticket Price  General admission: €22 Under 18-year-olds, under 26-year-old residents of the EEA: Free  Audio guide: €6 Guided tours, storytime, and workshops + Louvre: €31 Palais Garnier The famous opera house is undoubtedly one of Paris's most picturesque architectural structures. We can also list it among one of the most majestic theaters in Europe. Spend some time here observing the architecture and details of the beautiful architecture. Timings  Every day from 10 in the morning to 5 in the evening Gates remain shut exceptionally on January 1st, May 1st and December 25th Ticket Prices  Full price: €15  Reduced price: €10 Free entry for children < 12 years, job seekers, disabled people, and accompanying persons. Jardin du Luxembourg Sit and enjoy the sunset at one of the most beautiful gardens in the city. Everyone likes beaches! They are fun and relaxing! Beaches in Australia are treasured, along with the culture of creating a business around it. They are some of Australia's biggest resources for economic development and growth regarding global recognition.   Not just tourists but also locals love going to these beaches; surfers, scuba divers, swimmers, and other water sports are available. Here, I will share with you the different elements surrounding some of the top beaches in Sydney, along with how the coastal stretch of sand offers you a beautiful overall experience.   Top 10 Beaches In Sydney You MUST VISIT! When you visit Sydney, you will see that there are dozens of beaches in and around it! With its huge coastline, it is a perfect haven for beach lovers and surfers. Why don't you read the blog as I prepare a list of the top 10 beaches you must visit when in Sydney? Starting from busy beaches like Bondi and Bronte, remote beaches like Manly Beach offer solitude. With all the activities and eating places spread across you, you will not only relax but also make beautiful memories. Just like beaches in Melbourne, these beaches will create beautiful memories for you! Apart from having the individual experience, you also learn to make memories by taking the beautiful visuals that nature creates on these beaches! Don't forget to take that beach photo in your hot pink bikini or flaunt your white floral dress while enjoying the sunset! Bondi Beach You must check out Bondi Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Australia; there is plenty to do and see. It is a busy beach when it comes to people enjoying the place for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. The beach is quite central to Sydney's business. You must visit this beach if you want to experience the best of Australia. There are several restaurants, from bakeries to trendy cafes like Rockers, in the Bondi market, along with local crafts, art, vintage pieces, and handmade jewelry shops. Of course, we all know about the restaurants in Australia serving delicious food! You can enjoy decadent lunches, cocktails, and delicious dishes in places like Panama House. It is the perfect place for family, friends, solo, and partners! Coogee Beach This beach is a perfect place to snorkel and swim. It has a 400-meter length of soft sand combined with beautiful water. Near this beach, there are several parks and historic buildings to explore. A 6km trail leads from Bondi Beach to Coogee Trail along the coast. You can check out rock pools at the end of the beach! There are also Ladies Baths and Wylies Bath to the south of the beach for your convenience if you take a dip. This place is quite popular among families, especially because there is a lot of space for the children to run around. Freshwater Beach You must travel to the northern region of Sydney to reach Freshwater Beach, a hub of different types of activities! From playing with your family members on the sand to surfing and swimming, this region is perfect for a day on the beach! At the north end of the beach, there is a rock pool where you can practice your swimming laps! It is also a perfect place to have your picnic and barbeque parties. It is also a place for the people from the nearby reserve to use as their playground and enjoy their get-together parties. Bronte Beach Bronte Beach is a picnic spot in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. There are adjacent parks where you can have barbeque activities, shaded areas to hang out with friends and family, and a playground where your children can play. There are several spectacular rock pools right on the southern headland that you can access without paying any extra charge. You can check out the veggie burgers and homemade cakes at the Bogey Hole Cafe if you are a foodie. Another popular restaurant in that area is Three Blue Ducks, which modernizes Australian lunches and breakfasts! The waves of this place are a little rockier, so be careful when surfing, especially if you are a beginner. Marley Beach A heavenly abode, you can hang in solitude by strolling across the sands. If you visit this beach, it is worth the effort, especially because of the wild beauty of this beach, its rolling dunes, and cliffs. It creates a blend of crystal-clear waters and dunes, a passionate vision worth a visit. There is no shortage of the things to do in Australia! To reach Marley Beach, you must walk about 4.5 kilometers along the scenic coastal path across the Bundeena trail. The beach is a further 20 minutes' walk. It is not for you from this trail, so if you are not a fan of hiking or trekking. I want to warn you about the strong currents on this beach; hence, it is not quite safe to go swimming! Tamarama Beach I suggest you visit this beach in late October because they are organizing a sculpture during the sea festival. Remember that this beach is just a few hundred meters away from Bronte Beach; therefore, you can easily walk here as the sand is silky and soft. The waves at this beach are amazing, and if you are a surfer, this is the place for you. There is also a park surrounding this area, so you can visit this place if you are with family or a partner. You can access a playground, a barbeque area, and a cafe. The place is so glamorous that it has been named "glamarama," and with its pristine shoreline, it was an amusement park with elephant rides and a roller coaster. I will advise against swimming at this beach because it is quite dangerous. You must heed the lifeguard warnings because it is quite serious. Manly Beach The beach is known for its surfing scene, so you can visit with your friends or partner to soak up some beach vibes and taste the local culture. Manly is known for hosting the Australian Open of Surfing competition in February. You can chill around in the sand while you take local lessons to improve your surfing experience. If you don't have experience, I wouldn't ask you to go there and surf. There are other things that you can do, such as sunbathing, having a picnic, or enjoying a delicious Slurpee! Nielsen Park Nielsen Park is in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, close to the Vaucluse neighborhood. The beach is the perfect place to escape from your hectic everyday routine. You can access several facilities, such as toilets, sheltered sitting areas, and others. There is a scenic walking trail along the foreshore that you can take with your partner. There are also shaded picnic areas where you can hang out with your family, friends, or partner. Shelly Beach This is one of the top spots in Australia for diving and snorkelling! This beach is in the northern region of Sydney so that you will have some spectacular ocean views. There is a surf club at the end of the south end of Manly, so if you follow the coastline for about 15 minutes, you can reach it here. If you snorkel, you should bring your snorkelling gear to explore the shallow cove and its clear water. The cove is protected within the marine reserve of Cabbage Tree Bay. Often, Surfers plan to go to the other side of the beach through "The Bower",” a shallow-breaking surf wave. You can easily have a barbecue party as there are facilities available, along with access to a restaurant, Le Kiosk. Milk Beach This beach is found in the eastern suburbs of Sydney; Milk Beach is a perfectly quiet and small gateway! It is a cool place to perform fishing, swimming, and snorkelling activities. There are also several rock formations just at the edge of the beach. You will have a lovely sunset view with these rock formations if you see the Sydney skyline. There is, however, the issue of no facilities at the beach. You will not get any amenities or services. Hence, you must walk through Nielsen Park from Shark Beach to access toilets and picnic areas. Let's remember the Hermitage Foreshore trail, which, if you take a little hike or walk through, you can experience some of the stunning coastal views. Taking your e-bike on a trip sounds awesome, right? Whether you’re heading off on a cycling holiday, taking your electric bike to explore new trails, or simply bringing it along for a weekend away, travelling with your ride can open up exciting possibilities. Travellers love to travel. However, ironically, travelling causes carbon emissions. Therefore, people should ensure that they travel without harming nature. Nature lovers often stay in this dichotomy while travelling. They often fear that the toll of their travel will fall on nature. However, when you travel with an electric bike, you stay confident that no matter what happens, you will not be emitting carbon.  But, yeah… there’s a catch. Traveling with one can be a bit of a headache. Batteries, packing, weight limits, all that stuff. Still, if you plan ahead just a little, it’s not so bad.  Moreover, your bike will get there in one piece, and you’ll be ready to ride without drama. Let’s go over what actually matters. Understand The Rules Before You Go First thing—rules. Every airline, ferry, train company, you name it—they’ve all got their own take on e-bikes, especially the batteries. Lithium packs are where the real limits are. Some places want them off the bike, others only allow certain sizes.  And here’s the kicker: it changes country to country. Something fine in Spain might be banned in Canada. The only safe bet? Ask your carrier before you go. Better yet, get their answer in writing.  Saves you from awkward moments at check-in where they suddenly say “nope.” The cargo companies and other subjects subject Lithium batteries to scrutiny and regulation, as there is always a chance of these battery packs catching fire. Hence, the travellers should get everything checked in the first place, as it will prevent any sudden problems while shipping. Thus, travellers should get everything on paper while they travel with an Electric Bike. 1. Preparing Your E-Bike for Travel Think of this as a quick health check. Brakes—good? Tyres inflated? Chain oiled? Electronics behaving? If something feels off, fix it now, not halfway through your holiday. For the battery, don’t leave it full or empty—half-ish charged (30–60%) is the sweet spot. Most travel rules want it removed anyway. Moreover, strip off extras like mirrors, lights, bells… anything that sticks out. And honestly, give the bike a quick clean. Dirt might seem harmless, but some countries are strict on biosecurity. Moreover, the last thing you want is customs giving you grief over a muddy tyre. Plan out the spots for charging and halts while you travel on your bike. 2. Packing Your E-Bike Safely How you pack decides how your bike comes out on the other end. Hard-shell case? Best protection, but heavier. Soft padded bag? Lighter and easier to stash, just not quite as bombproof.  Moreover, inside, pad everything. Wrap delicate bits, lock down the bars, pedals, and wheels so nothing shifts. Tape or foam is your friend here. Don’t forget to tag it with your name and number, maybe toss on a “Fragile” sticker. Won’t guarantee gentle handling, but hey—it’s worth trying. Gentle handling at the airport has always been a super myth. However, people should ensure that they get plenty of padding to prevent their bikes from getting unnecessarily damaged.  3. Tips For Travelling By Car Or Train Road and rail are a bit easier. For cars, you’ll need a rack strong enough for e-bike weight (don’t assume a cheap one will do). If it’s exposed, cover it.  Rain, dust, and even little stones from the road can mess things up. Inside a car? Strap it down so it doesn’t bounce around. Trains… well, they’re hit or miss.  Moreover, some have bike spots, some don’t. Check before you get to the station—it’s no fun trying to squeeze an e-bike into a crowded carriage last minute. Cover your e-bike when it is exposed to a car. Moreover, you should not depend on the weather.  4. Flying With Your E-Bike Flying’s the tricky part. Airlines are strict about batteries. Big ones often aren’t allowed in checked luggage.  Sometimes you can carry it separately, sometimes you need to ship it. Either way, don’t wing it—talk to the airline weeks ahead, not days.  Pack the bike in a proper travel case, keep it under their weight limits, and protect every part. Once you land, take your time putting it back together.  Better to double-check than to find out a brake cable snapped on your first ride. 5. Extra Gear To Bring Along A few small tools can save your trip. Toss in a multitool, tyre levers, mini pump, maybe a spare tube or two.  Charger’s a must, plus an adapter if you’re heading abroad (easy to forget). A little cleaning cloth or kit helps too, especially after rainy rides.  Nothing fancy—just enough to keep things running smoothly. Moreover, ensure that the entire thing remains in control so that your trip does not get ruined just because of a missing spare. Travelling with an electric bike always demands carrying extra spares with you to ensure proper safety. 6. Common Mistakes To Avoid The stuff people forget is usually simple. Don’t leave your battery fully charged before storing—it wears it out faster.  Watch those weight limits; e-bikes aren’t light. Skip insurance? Big mistake. And honestly, the worst habit is last-minute packing.  Moreover, you rush, something gets left behind, or worse, you break something trying to jam it in. Seen it happen more than once. Remember This Before You Travel With An E-Bike  Bringing your e-bike along is worth it—you get to explore new places on your own wheels. Yeah, it takes some planning, but once you’ve done it, it feels easy.  Moreover, a bit of prep now means a smooth trip later, and you’ll roll off ready to ride instead of stressing about what survived the journey. However, travelling with an e-bike is cost-effective. Hence, the travellers leverage the liberty to go anywhere at any point in time. People should understand that they get some of the best results while travelling.
