The branch in Historic Filipinotown gives a unique twist to the classic pan con pollo, a chicken sandwich. A generous French bread roll is filled with succulent and tender chicken that has been stewed in recaudo, a highly flavorful sauce made with tomatoes, spices, herbs, and roasted chilies.
