Summer trips always look amazing online! The sunshine, beaches, and iced lattes in some cute café. But the part people don’t talk about? Heat and humidity hit way harder than most of us expect.  They drain energy, shift moods, and sometimes completely disrupt plans. I’ve had days where I thought, “oh, it’s just jet lag,” but nope… it was the sticky weather knocking me down.  With a little prep, though, what feels like a nightmare can be manageable, even fun. In this article, we will take a look at the influence of heat and humidity on traveler, which might help you to combat heat on your next trip!  The Hidden Strain: Influence Of Heat And Humidity On Traveler When the temperature rises, your body essentially goes into overdrive. We usually think, “I’ll drink when I’m thirsty.” Nope—that’s already too late in hot, humid weather. On the other hand, you have to avoid excessive alcohol and caffeine. These two can often lead to major dehydration issues.  Thirdly, you have to dress properly. Always try to wear lightweight, loose-fitted, and breathable clothing. Wear sunscreen and a hat.  After that, you have to be heat-conscious. If you are traveling to a significantly hotter climate, acclimate yourself by limiting strenuous activity during the hottest parts of the day. Lastly, you must check your vehicle. This is not tough. You just have to perform preventative maintenance on your car's cooling system, tires, and AC to prevent breakdowns. Hyperhidrosis And Travel Discomfort Here’s something that doesn’t get talked about much—hyperhidrosis. Essentially, it means your body sweats excessively. In humid places? Brutal. The Quzi was great, the rice was cooked well, and the meat was very tender and full of flavor. I am not from Las Vegas, so I don’t know if these are their normal prices, but I find their prices to be a bit above average. 6. Paymon's Fresh Kitchen And Lounge - Sahara: Do you love restaurants that come with plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices? Then Paymon's Fresh Kitchen and Lounge - Sahara is perfect for you - they have a crazy range of Mediterranean options on the menu, including plenty of vegetarian dishes. The presentation was nice, and the atmosphere of the whole place was very welcoming. The best thing, though, was the service we received. We both love the service, and the food is tasty. I would definitely come back to this place. I also bought a bag of dry chickpeas so I can make the falafel at home. The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill: Another one of our favorite Mediterranean restaurants in Las Vegas, you have to check out The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. We can vouch for them - and if you don’t believe us then that’s fine because they have got crazy guest reviews on Google! Review By Kimber Ferm: Absolutely delicious. The gyro meat was cooked to perfection, and the salad was fresh. I loved my meal! Also, the staff was really friendly and accommodating when I asked to plug in and charge while eating. Traveling with a weak cell battery is tough! On my list for my next visit! 10. Sultan’s Grill Las Vegas: You don’t have to google ‘Mediterranean restaurants Las Vegas’ when you are craving Mediterranean food in Vegas the next time. Instead, you can just check out Sultan’s Grill Las Vegas - they serve Mediterranean staples such as falafel, hummus, and kebabs from a counter-serve spot.
