If the airline security catches you with any of these items in the carry-on baggage, then the person would need to surrender the items at the screening point. The surrendered items are then dealt with in accordance with the relevant territory and state legislation. If you are still determining whether an item is eligible to be carried onboard, then make sure to check in with your airline - before arriving at the airport.
