Cabo also accepts US dollars. Many ATMs dispense US dollars, or resorts convert US dollars to Pesos. However, be careful about the current exchange rate. As of today, 1 USD = 19.44 Mexican Pesos. Also, many local merchants offer you less than the exchange rate while buying goods from them. So, it is best to pay with Mexican Pesos.
